Data collected
We process your name, contact details, country, selected dates, guest counts, room choice, optional arrival information and requests, booking reference, quoted amount, accepted terms and payment status. Do not enter passport copies, medical information or card details in free-text fields.
Purposes and legal grounds
Processing necessary to respond to your request and arrange your stay is based on pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract where applicable. Accounting records are processed to comply with legal obligations. Proportionate security and fraud prevention may rely on legitimate interests. Marketing and optional analytics use separate choices; accepting booking terms does not subscribe you to advertising.
Who receives information
Necessary information is accessible to authorised booking staff and shared with the accommodation provider, hosting and email suppliers, and Aviagram / Zenthoryx for payment processing. Where operational WhatsApp notifications are enabled, relevant request information is also handled by Meta/WhatsApp; free-text special requests remain in the service inbox. External providers have their own privacy notices.
Payment data
Card details are entered on Aviagram / Zenthoryx’s payment form. The booking service does not receive or store the full card number or security code. It stores payment identifiers, amount, currency and status to reconcile the order and process payment enquiries or refunds. Aviagram / Zenthoryx may process additional device, authentication and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy.
Retention
Booking records, communications, terms acceptance and payment references are retained for fulfilling the request, servicing the booking, applicable accounting duties and justified dispute periods. Access is restricted to those who need it for these purposes. You may ask the company about the retention period applicable to your record. Browser privacy preferences are saved for 180 days; a booking receipt cookie is valid for 24 hours.
International processing
The operator is based in the United States and uses Beget hosting and external payment and communication providers. Processing may take place outside the EEA. Transfers subject to the GDPR require an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards; this notice does not claim EEA-only hosting or a specific adequacy certification. Ask the company for information about the locations and safeguards relevant to your booking.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to qualifying processing and withdraw optional consent. Legal retention duties may limit erasure.
