Booking & payment terms
Please read these conditions before confirming a booking or payment for your stay. These terms apply to new bookings and payment authorisations accepted from 21 September 2026. Conditions already accepted for an existing booking remain applicable to that booking.
The hotel booking service
These terms govern bookings and payments for stays at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel.
Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel provides the accommodation and confirms room availability. This website supports the hotel’s booking and payment process. Secure payment services may be supplied by payment providers appointed for the booking. They act only to process and reconcile the payment.
Your booking
Your booking request, confirmation and payment relate to a stay at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel. A reservation is confirmed when the hotel issues its written confirmation.
Secure payment and debit authorisation
Payment is completed through a secure encrypted payment gateway. Before payment, the total amount and currency are displayed. By accepting these terms and confirming payment, you expressly authorise Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel and its appointed payment provider to debit the displayed total from your selected payment method for this booking. Bank authentication may be required. Merely opening the payment form does not debit your card. The descriptor on your statement may show the appointed payment provider or collection service.
Card details are entered directly in the secure form of the appointed payment provider. Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel does not receive or store the full card number or security code. Only the payment reference, amount, currency and verified status are retained for booking reconciliation, support and refunds. The provider may process authentication, device and fraud-prevention data under its own privacy notice.
When payment is available
Online payment is offered when available for the selected booking. Payment is processed in the currency displayed before confirmation. Your bank may apply its own conversion or international transaction fees. Only payment methods shown in the secure payment form are available.
Promotional rate, cancellation and changes
The promotional rate has specific cancellation and amendment conditions. After accommodation confirmation, voluntary cancellation, no-show or early departure does not entitle you to a refund of the stay. Self-service exchanges, date changes and booking amendments are not available. An exceptional amendment may be requested through the booking service and takes effect only after written agreement, subject to availability. Sending a request does not cancel or amend the current booking. Different terms expressly accepted in an individual offer take precedence. Existing bookings retain the conditions previously accepted for them.
Force majeure and exceptional circumstances
Force majeure requests are assessed individually using the circumstances, supporting evidence and applicable law. Where French law applies, the criteria in Article 1218 of the Civil Code are considered: an event outside the obligated party’s control, not reasonably foreseeable when contracting, whose effects cannot be avoided by appropriate measures and which prevents performance of the obligation. Any refund, rescheduling or termination depends on the obligation affected and the duration of the impediment. Personal inability to travel, illness or a cancelled flight does not by itself create an automatic refund entitlement. Supply only necessary evidence and avoid excessive medical information. Refunds for an unprovided service and other mandatory rights described below remain available.
Refund requests
If the requested accommodation cannot be confirmed or the provider cancels without supplying the agreed service, payments for that unprovided service will be refunded. Before accommodation confirmation, you may ask to withdraw the pending request and recover the payment for the unconfirmed stay. Duplicate or erroneous charges and refunds required by applicable law remain reviewable. The non-refundable rate does not waive mandatory consumer rights, rights relating to non-performance or the right to dispute an unauthorised transaction.
Send your booking reference and the reason for your request to h7229@pullman-eiffel-paris.com. Do not send a full card number or security code. We assess the booking conditions and payment records and communicate the outcome in writing. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method unless a lawful alternative is agreed. The bank determines when the refund appears; appointed secure payment provider processing charges are not automatically deducted from refunds owed by law.
Withdrawal right
For accommodation on specified dates, the ordinary 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right is excluded under Article L221-28(12) of the French Consumer Code where applicable. This statutory exception is separate from contractual cancellation terms and does not remove remedies for an unprovided service. Any separate travel package or service is governed by the rules applicable to that contract.
Confirmation and documents
A payment receipt confirms payment status. Accommodation confirmation identifies the dates, guests, room category, inclusions and accepted conditions. A PAID voucher is available only after payment is recorded and must be read together with the accommodation confirmation. Keep these documents and contact the booking service promptly if any detail is incorrect.
Consumer rights
Nothing here excludes obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory protections and applicable jurisdiction rules remain in force. A complaint may be sent to the company first; this does not restrict access to courts, regulators, card issuers or any applicable mediation scheme. No affiliation with Accor’s mediator is claimed.
